FEMA Hazard Mitigation - Current Grant Opportunities - Millions of Dollars Available!

Ms. Davis will present on the newly announced Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) funds for Minnesota and the nationally competitive Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) priorities. She will outline traditional program eligibility and projects types. She will be available to discuss opportunities to include climate change adaptation to make communities in Minnesota more resilient to the hazards we face.

These awards celebrate exceptional achievements in leadership, education, research, policies, and practices that improve resilience or climate justice. We look forward to celebrating all of our nominees and award recipients on Saturday, January 28, 2023.

Climate Change Communications Internship Opportunity

The USDA Forest Service is seeking a Climate Change Communications Specialist Intern to assist with developing and updating content for the Climate Change Resource Center, a national website managed by the Forest Service, as well as other external and internal communications on climate change and natural resources for the Office of Sustainability and Climate and the Research and Development science delivery team.
