Join the Department of Soil, Water and Climate on Thursday, October 13 for the 29th annual Kuehnast Lecture in the fields of Meteorology and Climate featuring Zeke Hausfather, PhD. Dr. Hausfather is a climate scientist and research lead for Stripe specializing in climate models, carbon removal, mitigation technologies and observational temperature records.

The 2022 Climate Change and Health Equity Summit will bring together health departments, health care providers, and community-based organizations and others who are working with communities to achieve health equity and develop climate solutions that are centered in a health equity framework. The Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota Chapter of The Nature Conservancy is looking for an Applied Climate Scientist to contribute to an interdisciplinary team of scientists and staff with expertise in grassland, forest, and freshwater ecosystems and spatial and statistical analyses. The position will have the opportunity to inform on the ground conservation actions across a diversity of landscapes and communities with a diverse set of partners and build the evidence base for our conservation work.
