Project Summary
The impacts of climate change are increasingly visible in our daily lives, yet many people, particularly low-income communities and communities of color, often do not have access to the resources needed to increase their adaptive capacity and decrease the impacts of a warming world. To help address this challenge, we are investing in developing a robust network of community Climate Resilience Hubs across the Twin Cities while delivering culturally responsive education around climate change impacts and solutions.
