Dr. Katerina Gonzales' work with Seattle Public Utilities was recently featured on the Yale Climate Connections podcast. As part of this work, Dr. Gonzales is helping the utility find ways to engage front-line workers in preparing for the impacts of climate change. During the interview, she highlights the wealth of knowledge these workers have in considering the strategies that could most effectively help to address the challenges the utility is already facing and to develop plans for more resilient operations under future climate conditions.
