Observers' Meeting
An observers' meeting of the 'Snow Rules!' project is being planned for October 25, 2003 at the
Lake county SWCD office in the
community center in Two Harbors. The meeting purpose will be to provide
observers with equipment and observing forms and to provide basic instructions.
Please call if you are thinking of attending so that we can make better meeting preparations.
