Observers' Meeting
An observers' meeting of the 'Snow Rules!' project is being planned for October 10, 2003 at the
South St. Louis county SWCD office in the School District Administration Building at Rm B15,
215 N 1st Ave E in Duluth (please come in the 1st Ave E door). The meeting purpose will be to provide
observers with equipment and observing forms and to provide basic instructions.
Please call if you are thinking of attending so that we can make better meeting preparations.
