First Observers' Meeting
The first Observers' meeting of the 'Snow Rules!' project is being planned for January 16, 2003 at the Cook county SWCD office in the courthouse in Grand Marais. The meeting purpose will be to provide observers with equipment and observing forms and to provide basic instructions.

Please note:
The reflective material applied to the alumimum bar to make the snow ruler appears to be fairly fragile. It is recommended that the lowest 1 to 2 inches be taped with clear packing tape to protect the end that will pierce occasionally abrasive icy snows.
